Agreement
By using supperbseo.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
Supperb SEO provides SEO audits, on-page and technical optimization, link building, guest posting, local SEO and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, price and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (by email, proposal or order) before work begins.
No ranking guarantees
Search engines control their own results and change their algorithms often. While we use proven, white hat methods, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to your website and accounts when needed
- Review and approve plans, content and site lists within a reasonable time
- Make sure content you supply does not infringe anyone else’s rights
Payments and billing
One-time projects are billed as agreed in the order. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and continue month to month until cancelled.
Cancellations
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date. Work already completed or in progress for the current period is not refundable. Refunds for one-time projects are reviewed case by case based on the work completed.
Third-party websites
Links we place on third-party websites are controlled by those site owners. We choose sites carefully, but we cannot control future changes those owners make. If a placement is removed, contact us and we will work with you on a fair solution.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the content we create specifically for your website. We may keep anonymized examples of our work for internal quality purposes, but we never share client names without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
